Ticket to Ride: Nordic Countries

You build railways across Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland in a complete Ticket to Ride made for two or three players. The core is unchanged: collect train cards, claim routes with matching sets, and connect your secret tickets before your trains run out. Finished tickets score, unfinished ones lose points. The map is small and the north is thin, so blocking is the whole game here. Ferries need locomotive cards, tunnels can demand extra cards, and locomotives are rationed: take two in one turn and they only work on ferries, tunnels and the single nine-length route. Every card you pass on, your opponents can see. We suggest this copy to couples who own the Europe map and find it too generous at two, and to anyone who wants a meaner Ticket to Ride that still ends under an hour. It is a full standalone set.
