What we are
A board game shop and a club, in one room
Never Board is two things in the same place in Muscat. It is a shop where you buy games, and it is a club where you sit down and play them. Everything on the shelves can be played before it is bought, and the team behind the counter has played what they sell.
The shop
The shelves run from strategy and heavy euros through party, family, two player, card and kids' games, and every one of them can be filtered by player count, play time and complexity. Order online for free pickup in Muscat or delivery to the areas we cover, or simply walk in and take it off the shelf.
The club
Book a table, pick a date and an arrival time, and the session is yours. Play anything on the shelves, and ask the team for a teach if the game is new to you. Because tables are booked in advance, a group can plan a night instead of hoping for a free seat.
Game nights
Open nights, learn to play tables and tournaments run through the week. Some are free and some are ticketed, seats are limited by the tables we have, and every seat is confirmed with its own ticket that we scan at the door.
The rewards club
One phone number is your whole membership. Points land on every purchase and every game night seat, they lift you through the tiers, and the card sits in Apple or Google Wallet so it is always one tap away at the counter.

What are the best board games for two players?
Every game in the shop prints the player count it supports, and the shop has a two player filter that shows only the games that seat two. 3 of the games on the shelf right now play at two. A box that says 2 to 5 is not always at its best at 2, so ask the team or book a table and play it at two before you buy it.
Do you ship across Oman?
Yes. Pickup from the shop in Muscat is free and is the default at checkout. Delivery covers Muscat OMR 1.500 · Batinah OMR 2.500 · Other Oman OMR 3.000 · Dhofar OMR 4.000. You choose your area at checkout, so the fee is on screen before you pay.
How do the loyalty tiers work?
Your mobile number is your whole membership, with no password and no card to lose. You earn 10 points for every 1 OMR you spend, in the shop, online and on game night seats, and 100 points come off as 1 OMR at checkout. Lifetime points move you up the ladder: Bronze 0 · Silver 1500 · Gold 5000 · Platinum 12000. Each tier earns at a higher rate, and spending your points never moves you back down.
What age is each game for?
Every game carries its own minimum age, on the shop tile and on the game's page. Across the shelf today those minimums run from 7 up to 12. If you are buying for a specific child, tell us the age and we will point you at the games that land.
Can I play a game before I buy it?
Yes. Everything on the shop shelves is on the club shelves too. Book a table, play it for a session, and ask the team for a teach if the game is new to you.
