Team3 (Green)

You play in teams of three monkeys building a structure out of wooden blocks against a timer. One of you sees the blueprint card but cannot speak, and can only gesture. One of you has eyes closed and is the only person allowed to touch the blocks. The one in the middle watches the gestures and tells the builder what to do. Finish the shape before time runs out and the team scores. Nobody keeps score in any serious way; the point is the shouting and the tower falling over. Green and Pink are separate boxes with different blueprints and a small extra module each, and they can be mixed. It is one of our favourite tools for corporate team-building, because the communication problem is real and nobody can hide behind the confident talker. Ten minutes to learn, three players minimum, six as two competing teams.
