Each team tucks four secret words into a screen numbered one to four. Every round one member draws a code of three digits, say 4-2-1, and gives three clue words leading teammates to those numbers in order. The other team hears the clues too. Intercept the opponents' code twice and you win; fumble your own twice and you lose. The skill is in the drift. In round one you can say almost anything. By round three the rivals have two clues written down per number, and you need one your friends will get that a stranger cannot connect to the earlier ones. Too obvious loses as surely as too obscure. A step up from Codenames in depth, for groups who already play that well and want the harder version. Six is the sweet spot.
