You are trapped in a medieval kitchen run by a mad cook, and the only way out is to prepare his recipes correctly before time runs out. The whole adventure is thirty cards and the free Unlock app, which keeps time, checks codes and gives hints. Enter the final code and you have escaped. Cards are numbered, and you explore by revealing them. Find a blue card and a red card that belong together, add their numbers, and take the card with that sum. Machine cards need codes typed into the app, and touching the wrong thing costs minutes. Nothing is torn, so the box can be handed on. This is the easy entry in the Short Adventures line, about half an hour, which makes it the right first escape game for a family or a couple who want to try the format before a full-length Unlock box.
