Team3 (Pink)

Three of you run a building firm staffed by monkeys, and each round your team has to copy a blueprint card out of wooden blocks before the timer runs out. One player sees the blueprint but may not speak, so everything comes out as gestures; one explains those gestures in words; one is the only person allowed to touch the blocks and builds with eyes shut. Roles rotate. A party game in the proper sense: thirty minutes, almost no rules, and the funniest thing on our shelves for a group that does not usually play board games. We use it in corporate team-building because it forces people to communicate badly and then fix it. Pink is the sister box to Team3 Green, with its own blueprints and mini expansion; own both and you can combine them for a bigger group.
