A row of face-up cards grows in the middle of the table, and the one rule is that its total must not pass twenty-one. Cards run from minus three to fifteen, you hold three at most, and on your turn you either draw a card or play one onto the row. Push the total past twenty-one and you burst: the round ends, you score nothing, and everyone else counts the cards they kept. Low cards are safe to play but worth little; high cards score well but soon become unplayable.
Rounds take minutes and the maths never goes above twenty-one, so anyone who can add can play. A push-your-luck filler for four or five between heavier games, or the right thing when half the table says they are bad at games. Buy it if you enjoyed 6 nimmt and want something even smaller.
